A large not for profit with 170 assets engaged Solve Property as a strategic advisor in the preparation of a large-scale mixed-use masterplan for the largest and most valuable site in the portfolio. Our advisory team had regard for the mission and vision of the client and stakeholders. Commercial considerations were front and centre when developing and testing the range of land use options. Utilising our economic and property research skill sets, our role included commercial engagement with tenant and delivery partners to ensure the plan considered the market signals.  The scale of the project ($1bn+) required our team to work collaboratively with a range of external consultants, and achieve a plan which provides not only strong community outcomes but supports the long term objectives of the group.
