Solve engaged in a bid strategy for one of Australia’s largest providers of retirement villages, and home to over 18,000 residents. Our advisory team leveraged our ability to forecast demand and pricing for retirement products, to guide a design strategy and inform a financial offer. This premium site has strong community relationships, and importantly offers a complimentary range of services. Improving the sustainability of the asset, considering lifestyle choices, and delivering a premium product were core considerations. A range of development options were tested prior to optimising the planning strategy.
