A successful proponent of a Government led housing initiative sought a strategic advisor and project management expertise for a master plan community. Leveraging our strengths in strategic planning, economic analysis and property research, the preparation of a planning proposal and masterplan was developed with a core focus of developing a town centre that was complimentary to the broader precinct.  Our analysis and collaboration with the design team enabled the plan to address the need for medium density product, and seniors housing options in a greenfield environment.
