A successful proponent of a Government led housing initiative sought a strategic advisor and project management expertise for a masterplan community. Leveraging our strengths in strategic planning, economic analysis and property research, the preparation of a planning proposal and masterplan was developed with a core focus of developing a town centre that was complimentary to the broader precinct. Our analysis and collaboration with the design team enabled the plan to address the need for a medium density product and seniors housing options in a greenfield environment.
