Working with a national privately funded developer, Solve was engaged to prepare due diligence of a national masterplan community portfolio. Using our planning and economics partners, the team leveraged our national datasets to assess more than 40 projects ranging in scale from 500 lots to 5,000+ dwellings. The focus was understanding the demand for residential products, critical review of forecast assumptions and assessment of the planning framework. The project allowed our client to consider the potential take up rate of scenarios and alternative strategies to value add to the planning process.
