A large private developer engaged Solve Property to provide strategic support across Transit Orientated Developments. The projects are large urban renewal and greenfield locations, but all addressing the government policy focus of activating the public investment into transport hubs. Our approach included completing a review of the range of housing typologies that could be delivered, assessment of construction coats and the ability for the consumer to purchase, and a strategic review of planning pathways for approvals.
