One of Australia’s leading property services company with a $25bn portfolio of assets under management engaged Solve Property to undertake a detailed review of a significant asset in the property portfolio. Using our understanding of government investment, engagement with stakeholders through a precinct planning model, the multi-disciplinary team at Solve Property was able to complete the initial program in 8 weeks. The project scaled quickly to deliver a detailed assessment of the highest and best use options, identification of planning pathway and provide evidence based recommendations for the asset.
