A multi $bn national supermarket retailer engaged Solve Property to prepare a network strategy. Whilst the client has strong in-house capabilities, our advisory team was able to leverage from our strong understanding of development pipeline and population modelling to supplement the existing strategy. The study location had a unique set of demand drivers outside of the traditional housing market including challenging catchments, new infrastructure delivery, increased health services / employment drivers and growth in the education sector. Our research approach was complimented by our strategic planning skills to interpret the implications of future demand on the portfolio, identify new areas of growth and identify the strategic issues which may need to be addressed in the execution of the strategy.
