
Private Recreation Rezoning
A significant recreation asset held by a private group over generations has found itself located within a growth corridor. The board has engaged with Solve to understand the strategic merit of the site for future redevelopment. There was no existing masterplan for the site, or plan to review the opportunities. The nature of the location of the asset required Solve to undertake technical due diligence to understand the strategic planning framework, and identify land use options to assess commercially. The process has successfully identified a development pathway for our client and planning is underway.
