Private Recreation Rezoning

A significant private recreation asset held by a private group over generations has found itself located within a growth corridor. The board has engaged with Solve Property to understand the strategic merit of the site for future redevelopment.  There was no existing masterplan for the site or plan to review the opportunities. The nature of the location of the asset required Solve Property to undertake technical due diligence to understand the strategic planning framework and identify what land use options could be assessed commercially. The process has successfully identified a development pathway for the client.
