The management team of a large pub portfolio in Australia engaged Solve to undertake a strategic review process. Whilst the operational factors were well understood, our objective was to provide a detailed analysis of the planning framework and potential property opportunities of each asset. Our Advisory Team utilised their breadth of planning knowledge to understand the local statutory and strategic planning factors which guide any future development of an asset. These insights identified additional revenue potential or redevelopment opportunity for the site. Our final strategy provided management with a priority list of candidate sites that could be considered for investment, having regard to the catchment (demographics) and planning opportunities.
