Strategic planning frameworks by Government require a housing strategy response. The advisory team at Solve Property were engaged by an agency to consider the policy objectives, analyse the housing market, forecast future demand, identify growth areas and work with infrastructure and state government agencies to deliver a future housing plan. The process enabled the client to understand the extent of housing needs and the range of housing products required, as well as an understanding of the commercial considerations which drive or are impediments to the delivery of new dwellings. Our Spatial analysts were able to develop a GIS tool to ensure the output was not a static strategy, but rather one that can be evolved and enhanced in the future.
