A long term private apartment property developer engaged Solve Property to develop a strategy for the board to understand the BTR landscape and provide advice on how to enter the market.  The client has strong building capability and our Advisory team worked collaboratively with the executive team to develop an evidenced based approach to structure the market, test a range of product options and prepare case study feasibility assessments.  The strategy was supported by the board, and a project opportunity was secured.  As a final step, the client engaged our Capital team to support engagement with the finance sector to explore funding solutions.
